Meet the RTM Directors

  • Mag Combemale

I strongly believe that we all thrive when there is a community. I try to bring a sense of that wherever I go, having lived in a few cities in my life, and, now call London my home, for the last 3 decades. This is ever more important in such an urban and diversified place such as Harrow.

I love my home at Perceval Sq – it has a great view of the hill, although many would frown at the sight of the train lines, but I am a glass half full kind of person! And so much light, which is very important to me, having been raised in the tropics. It is also so convenient with all the transport links. I love all the specialty food shops from all over the world at my doorstep, as I love to cook! So, you can see why I am so motivated to make Perceval Square a great place to live, starting with claiming our Right to Manage our development.

To lead the RTM initiative, I bring to bear my past professional experience, mainly in the Ad and Marketing world where project management and communications skills and attention to details come in handy. But at the end of the day, commitment and the willingness of everyone to come together to play their part is what is going to make it happen.

When not ‘RTMing’ or being an Acupuncturist, I enjoy playing tennis at Harrow Tennis Club which is another reason why I love Perceval Sq, it is a hop and skip away!!

Register your support today for RTM so that we can have a say over how our development is managed by being able to appoint a new managing agent that may deliver better value for money and through the elected Board of Directors, greater accountability.

  • Neeti Manaktala

Professionally, I am a broadcast engineer working in a high-pressure live news and sports environment. I work with the likes of major broadcasters and tournaments all over the globe, providing first, second, and third line support.

I've been residing in London for the past two decades, and Perceval Square is where I call home, and I absolutely love it. When not working, I love walking up the Hill in our neighbourhood.

We have a lovely estate, but First Port is not doing it justice with their poor manangement and high fees.

That’s why I joined the RTM Volunteering Group: to help claim our Right to Manage so that we can hold our managing agent accountable and potentially deliver better value for money and hopefully a better-run estate that will benefit everyone in return.

I will bring my skills in working in teams to bring leaseholders together to support the RTM process and finally have a say in how our estate is run and managed.

Sign up today to support the RTM process so that we can get to a majority sooner rather than later to make a change.
